In the end of May Gabrovo, as the Bulgarian capital of Humom, will be hosting the annual Festival of Humor and Satire so be prepared for jokes and an amazing carnival. The symbol of the celebration is a tailless cat as always. This year’s programme will have the topic “Gabrovo – my little Brussels”. This is in response of Bulgarian EU presidency and how the country is handling it. However, the main purpose is to laugh, so be ready!
