Customers uploading photographs on the website are declaring that they are free of copyright, irrevocable, transferable, paid-up, royalty-free, unrestricted worldwide license to use, copy, print, display, edit or any purpose, including commercial purposes. By uploading any photos/images, the uploader accepts all legal and moral responsibility for all legal claims made by third parties due to the publication and use of these photos/images by CODEMARKETING BG.

CODMARKETING BG collects your personal information in order to have a reliable contact for additional feedback or keeping in touch with you, if needed.
All the information gathered from the customers’ registration forms is used for feedback only. The information won’t be stored in any case, so you may rest assured that we won’t sell or give your contact details to marketing companies for spamming.
Services
The Services provided on visitingbulgaria.bg are intended for your own personal and noncommercial use. You agree not to sell, lease, rent or provide any good or service or otherwise transact on the Site.
All of the services (paid or free) have to be requested trough the contact panel on the Site.
Free services – anyyone can request them through the contact panel. If we decide that the service you need won’t lead to any additional costs for us or it would take us less than 5 minutes to do it - you won`t have to pay anything.
Paid services – again, from the contact panel, anyone can order a paid service, the price of which will be based on the costs that will have to be incurred and the time needed for delivering it.
Depending on the costs and the time needed, the service a customer requests could be transformed from “free” to “paid” and vice versa. The customer will be notified for that after calculating the complexity and the total cost of the requested service.
The customer undertakes to fill in the "Contact" form with exact data and to inform us about any subsequent changes in the data at least 5 days prior to the date of receiving the service, otherwise we shall not be responsible for any consequences as a result of the changes made.
A member from visitingbulgaria.bg undertakes to get in touch with the Customer, to inform about the type of the service (paid/free) and to answer the Customer’s questions, if any.
The customer undertakes to pay for the services, carried out by a CODMARKETING BG member or a Third-Party Site, when accepting them, if there are no other previously made agreements. The payments should be made via bank transfer on the following IBAN ………………………………………………………………. Or on spot, if the customer its still in Bulgaria and it’s convenient to do it.
If you are under the age of 18, please don’t use any of the services on our Site without your parents’ permission.
    Advertisements
The advertisements posted on the Site should meet the articles, links and banners application requirements.
The advertisement prices are displayed in the section Advertisements.
The advertisement agreements between CODMARKETING BG and a Third-Party Site have to be made in the correct form for that purpose.
The companies which are advertised on the website must comply with the terms of the advertisement agreement(s) made with CODMARKETING BG.

VisitingBulgaria may contain links or product search results that refer to or link to websites wholly owned and controlled by third parties.
CODMARKETING BG hereby disclaims any responsibility for the accuracy, the content or information provided by the Third-party websites.
By using the site to connect to a Third-Party site, you agree that CODMARKETING BG is not liable to you for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the Third-Party Site.
CODMARKETING BG is not responsible for the services which are delivered by Third-Party sites.
